December 12, 2013 – Mouser Electronics, Inc. now stocks Wurth Electronics WE-MAPI Miniature High Current Power Inductors, the smallest metal alloy inductor in the industry, measuring just 2.5×2.0x0.6mm.
Wurth’s new WE-MAPI miniature high current power inductor family available from Mouser Electronics is equipped with an iron alloy core and boasts a compact design with high current capabilities. This inductor series is also designed to achieve very low DC Resistance (DCR) and high saturation currents for optimum performance in high frequency DC/DC converters.
Other WE-MAPI features include low acoustic noise, low leakage flux noise, and an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. These components also have a rugged design with large soldering pads for mechanical stability on the PCB.
