If you’ve ever perused the Web looking to kill some time, chances are you’ve come across a GoPro video or two in your day.
The versatile camera is made to capture just about everything, from taping thrilling stunts (above) to being strapped to your baby to see what it’s like to see the world from his / her point of view.
Didn’t think the latter suggestion actually happened, did you?
For all of the nonsensical GoPro videos out there right now, there’s a bunch that are truly top-notch quality. And a good chunk of this A+ entertainment can be attributed to production company Corridor Digital, a small group of sci-fi, video-game, and action-movie inspired Internet video creators who have a knack for creating awe-inspiring GoPro clips.
The short movies they’ve produced using the GoPro are jam-packed with action and stunning visuals, and a true testament to the collective talent they possess as a team. Their latest video might be the team’s best though: “Superman with a GoPro” gives the audience a first-person viewpoint of what it’s like to be the Man of Steel for a day.
The journey captures everything from saving a life to fighting crime to eventually delivering the GoPro back to its original owner (the whole point of Superman flying around with it in the first place).
While it might seem like the company hired Clark Kent, the aerial shots were actually captured using a personal remote-controlled drone equipped with a standard-issued GoPro camera; once the film was captured, the whole thing was put together using some expert video editing techniques.

If you have a few minutes and want to learn more, go behind the scenes with Corridor Digital as they show the audience how exactly they were able to capture all of these impressive shots using nothing more than hobbyist technology.
