Ultra-broadband capacitor targets dc blocking

The GX0S Series ultra-broadband capacitors are designed for DC blocking applications from ~16 KHz to 40 GHz. They are packaged in a small 0301 case and come in a single 0.1 µF value with ±20% tolerance and X5R temperature characteristics.

The capacitors feature an insertion loss of less than 0.5 db from 0 to 40 GHz and are rated for 6.3 VDC at 85°C or 4.0 VDC at 125°C. The devices are RoHS compliant and an example part number is GX0S6D104MA.
