Wi-Fi module is tiny and highly integrated

The EC19W01 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi system module is small, smart, and highly integrated. The 16 x 14 x 2.8 mm 2.4 GHz module runs from a 3.3 V supply and takes just 10 µa in standby and 40 ma in active receive mode. The unit features 140 Kbytes of RAM, 500 Kbytes of flash, an antenna, and power management for direct attach to a Li-Ion battery.

The modules max. transmit power is 21 dbm, and receive sensitivity is -78 dmb at 50 Mbits/s. It has Wireless Tx/Rx rates to 20 Mbits/s with Serial to Wi-Fi and SPI to WI-Fi support.
