SQL Accelerator has 800 – 3,200 Gbytes of flash

The ZD-XL SQL Accelerator 1.5 supports Microsoft SQL Server 2014, 2012, and 2008 R2 and a virtualized environment via VMware ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V. The PCIe Gen 2 x8 card supports 800 Gbyte, 1.6 Tbyte and 3.2 Tbyte usable capacities. 

Maximum read/write speeds are 2,900 and 2,200 Mbytes/s with sustained 4 k read/writes of 252,000/76,000 IOPS. Power consumption is 20 to 23 W active and 18 to 20 W idle. Operating temperature is 0° to 55°C, with some fan cooling normally needed. The board uses MLC NAND and has AES 128-bit encryption and an MTBF of 2 M hours.
