The CTA17 and CSA17 feature current switching capability to 120mA with a low on resistance of 30Ω Maximum. Designed for Telecommunications, it combines a CotoMOS® MOSFET relay with an integrated photocoupler. Applications include Telecom Switching, Dial Pulsing, Modem Switching, Loop Current Sensing, On/Off Hook Control and Ring Current detection.
