Fast SATA III SSD storage holds up to 1 Tbyte

The 3MG2-P series of SATA III flash storage devices come in standard 2.5 inch as well as SATA Slim formats and uses a custom ID201 controller with 19 nm synchronous NAND flash. The drives achieve 530/460 Mbytes/s sequential read/write speeds and 80/76 K random IOPS performance.

The SSDs are offered in capacities from 8 Gbyte to 1 Tbyte. The SATA Slim version card is only 39 x 54 mm and takes 2.6 W from a 5 V supply. The 2.5 inch version takes 6 W. Both versions have advanced power management and protection against unexpected power failures. Commercial and industrial temperature range versions are available.
