FRAM MCU features LCD and touch switch control

The MSP430FR4133 low-power 16-bit microcontroller feature 15.5 Kbytes of NV FRAM with ECC and 60 capacitive-touch-enabled GPIO. The MCU supports a 4 x 36- or 8 x 32-segment LCD.

The IC's active-mode current is 126 μA/MHz, and standby mode takes 770 nA with RTC counter and LCD operational. It has a 10-channel 10-bit A/D converter, a 1.5-V reference, and a 1% accurate 16-MHz digitally controlled oscillator. Package options are LQFP64, TSSOP56, and TSSOP48.
