Tiny microSD memory card holds 200 Gbytes

The Ultra microSDXC UHS-I storage card (SDSDQUAN-200G-G4) will hold 200 Gbytes in a tiny microSD card form factor. The high-capacity card targets music, photo, and video storage for cell phones, but is applicable to security and professional photography applications as well.

The 0.59 x 0.43 x 0.04 inch cards read/write speed is 90 Mbytes/sec and operating temperature is -25° to 85°C. It can hold can hold up to 20 hours of Full HD video. Not inexpensive at $400 each MSRP.
