NVMe SSD features capacities to 3,200 Gbytes

Targeting enterprise applications, the Z-Drive 6000 SSD Series combines PCI Express Gen 3 with a NVMe 1.1 (Non-Volatile Memory Express) host controller interface. It is available in a 2.5 inch form factor with 800, 1,600, and 3,200 Gbyte capacities and uses 19 nm MLC NAND.

Sequential read/write speeds are up to 2900/1900 Mbytes/s , while 4K random reads are up to 700,000 IOPS. Power consumption is 9 W standby and 25 W active. The drive has 256-bit AES encryption support, hot-swap support, and 2 million hours MTBF. An example part number is ZD6RPL51MT5E0-3200.
