Omron’s VSON MOSFET Relays offer compact size with smaller VSON packaging

OMRON announces the release of the new MOSFET VSON Relay, featuring the world's smallest VSON package. These new models offer 50% decrease in bottom surface compared to USOP.
This new relay series can be promoted for applications which require small size and space saving on bottom surfaces, such as in the test & measurement industry, semiconductor test equipment, test and measurement devices, data loggers and communication equipment.

Key Features and Benefits:
• Models available in the following load voltages: 20, 40, 50, 60, 80 and 100V
• SMT lead design improves solderability
• Almost same performance as SSOP/USOP with smaller VSON package
• Compact size- 2.45 x 1.45 x 1.3 mm (L x H x W)
