The LM4041-N precision voltage reference not only ensures stability with any capacity load, it’s specially designed for space-critical applications

The LM4041-N also ensures stability with any capacity load

The LM4041-N precision voltage reference features an advanced design that eliminates the need for an external stabilizing capacitor while simultaneously ensuring stability with any capacity load.

As a result of this unique approach, the LM4041-N is very easy to use.

LM4041-N

The LM4041-N precision voltage reference is the ideal choice for design engineers operating within space-critical applications; as such, it is available in sub-miniature SC70 and SOT-23 surface-mount packages.

The minimum operating current is 60 µA for the LM4041-N 1.2 and the LM4041-N ADJ; both versions have a maximum operating current of 12 mA.

Finally, the LM4041-N utilizes fuse and zener-zap reverse breakdown or reference voltage trim during wafer sort — this ensures that the prime parts have an accuracy of better than ±0.1% (A grade) at 25°C. On that note, it’s also worth pointing out that bandgap reference temperature drift curvature correction and low dynamic impedance ensure stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a range of operating temperatures and currents.
