Prototype boards target STM32L476 MCU

The full featured STM32L476G-EVAL evaluation board and the low cost STM32L476G-DISCO Discovery Kit prototype boards target the STM32L4 Cortex-M4 based ultra-low-power microcontroller. The Discovery kit combines an STM32L476 with and 24 segment LCD, LEDs, an audio D/A, a microphone, a 3-axis gyroscope, a 6-axis compass, a joystick, USB OTG, Quad-SPI flash memory expansion, and probing connectivity.

The eval board has stereo audio outputs, stereo digital microphones, microSD card, 2 Mbytes of RAM, a 128 Mbit Nor Flash, quad SPI memory,  two EEPROMs, RS232, an IrDA transceiver, a USB OTG FS connector, CAN 2.0A/B, joystick, touch sensing button, a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR), back-up coin cell,  a 2.8 inch color LCD TFT with resistive touch, an NFC transceiver connector, an A/D and  D/A signal connector, and a thermal sensor with a dedicated sigma-delta modulator. The Discovery Kit STM32L476G-DISCO is only $19.90, while the Evaluation Board STM32L476G-EVAL is $289.
