Cortex-M4 based MCU features complete IDE

The S7G2 microcontroller is part of the Synergy Platform that provides a complete design environment including an integrated RTOS with communication stacks, middleware, libraries, and an application framework. The complete IDE greatly accelerates embedded development. The S7G2 uses a 240 MHz Cortex-M4 core and is well suited for human machine interface applications.

The MCU has up to 4 Mbytes of 80 MHz flash and 640 Kbytes of SRAM, two Ethernet MACs, two CAN modules, USB 2.0, two serial sound interfaces, dual SD/MMC host interfaces, an LCD controller, and a Quad Serial Peripheral Interface. It features a capacitive touch sensing unit and a highly configurable LCD color graphics controller. The IC has a security and encryption module, dual 12-Bit A/D converters with S&H, six analog comparators, six programmable gain amplifiers, a temperature sensor, and four 32-bit enhanced PWM timers.Samples available now.
