ADC12J4000

ADC12J4000 is a wideband sampling and digital tuning device that enables a large block of frequency spectrum to be sampled directly at RF using TI’s proprietary giga-sample ADC technology. The device also includes a built-in DDC (digital down converter) that provides a digital filter and down-conversion so that it may ease downstream processing by outputting data as baseband 15-bit complex information on one to five lanes of the serial interface. And if needed, the digital down-converter (DDC) permits the full-rate 12-bit raw ADC data to also be output, but requires 8 lanes of serial output.

Data generation and acquisition aside, ADC12J4000 is also useful in signal analyzers, military and avionics imaging, oscilloscopes, and in munitions and targeting systems used by the military. The device is available in a 68-pin VQFN format and operates across a temperature range of –40°C to 85°C.
