The LIA135 and LIA136 are low voltage optically isolated error amplifiers with a precision programmable shunt reference. The devices are capable of operating from as low as 1.6 V and the 1.299 V reference has a ±0.5% tolerance at 25°C.
The chips optocoupler has a CTR of between 500 and 2,000%. The LIA136 offers enhanced performance characteristics and an extended operational temperature range to 110C. Common mode transient immunity is 5 V/ns for the LIA135 and 20 V/ns the LIA136. The devices have a 10 kHz bandwidth, are available in DIP and SMT packages, and are UL and CSA certified.
