Current sense xformers are AEC-Q200 qualified

The CST7030 series of SMT current sense transformers sense up to 20 A at frequencies between 10 kHz and 1 MHz. All versions are just 5.2 X 7.0 mm, with a max height of 3.0 mm.

The devices are qualified to AEC-Q200 Grade 1 (-40° to 125°C) making them suitable for electric and conventional vehicles. They come in five turns ratios from 1:20 to 1:150 with primary inductance of 0.053 to 2.993 mH. All the devices have a low 0.0015 Ω primary DC resistance and 500 Vrms one minute isolation between windings. $0.95 ea/1,200.
