Fast I2C level translators handle 0.6 V inputs

The PI6ULS5V9617A and PI6ULS5V9627A are 2- and 4-channel Fast-mode I² C/SMbus level shifting ICs supporting 1 MHz speed, low 0.6 V I/O, and 8 KV HBM ESD protection. Both handle bi-directional traffic, have automatic detection of traffic direction, and provide extend reach of up to 1.5 m of 28 AWG copper cable.

The buffers allow 540 pF on either side of the device at 1 MHz and up to 4000 pF at lower speeds. They provide voltage level translation from 0.6 to 5.5 V and from 2.2 to 5.5 V and have open-drain outputs with high-impedance during powered-off.
