Fixed-blade adapters target consumer electronics

The PSM10A series of 10-W, fixed-blade wall-plug adapters suit a wide range of consumer electronics applications, including: wireless communications equipment, peripherals, portable equipment, and personal electronics. Compliant with both U.S. DoE Level VI and European Union Code of Conduct V5 Tier 2 efficiency standards, the adapters are a limited power source rated for 100–240-Vac input and 5-Vdc output.

The wall plug adapters measure 2.82 x 1.77 x 1.21 in., weigh 2.4 oz., and feature a center positive barrel dc-output connector. Featuring Class II double insulation and Class B EMI, the series is also certified to UL/cUL 60950-1 safety specifications, and has built-in over-voltage, over-current, and short-circuit protections. Operating temperatures for the series span 0° to +40°C, with allowable humidity from 10–90%.
