The D6P is a silicon-based, multi-crystalline photovoltaic cell featuring a very low temperature coefficient. The cell has an efficiency of up to 19% in a dynamic optimized setting system. The device measures 156 mm x 156 mm with a 180 µm to 200 µm wafer thickness.
