Low power logic translator handles 0.7 V input

The AXP family of logic translator ICs feature input voltage levels of 0.70 to 2.75 V. They have two power supplies and the output supply can be 1.2 to 5.5 V. The devices come in five versions, a buffer (74AXP1T34), a tri-state buffer (1T125), a dual buffer (2T3407), a dual NAND gate (2TG08), and a configurable gate (1T57).

The chips feature extremely low dynamic and static power dissipation, and input capacitance is only 0.6 pF (typical). Typical propagation delay is 10.9 ns max, with a 1.5 V input supply. They come in leaded or leadless SMT packages as small as 0.8 x 0.8 mm, have over-voltage tolerant I/O, and are fully specified over -40° to 85 °C. Available now.
