Several companies offer employees a six figure paycheck.

Glassdoor’s latest report revealed the 25 highest paying companies in America for 2016. The report is based on each company’s median total compensation, which has been compiled by looking at salary reports where employees have anonymously or voluntarily shared both their base pay and other forms of compensation (commissions, tips, bonuses) over the past year.

Of the highest paying companies, they all fall into three industries: consulting, technology, or finance. The tech industry filled 20 of those spots, which we’ve narrowed down for you.
