Overmoulding is ideal where durability and protection from moisture ingress is an issue. Aluminium extrusions are lightweight and corrosion resistant.

Many industrial enclosures are used in conjunction with cable assemblies and GTK manufactures these too. The cable assemblies can be branded and color matched, to align with the OEMs’ corporate requirements and be an integral part of the overall finished product.

Packaging for the enclosures is also customized. GTK offers a wide range of packaging options, ranging from industrial style packaging for use on a production line, right through to retail packaging. For more complex products, instruction manuals, in multiple languages can be included. This really is a “one-stop-shop” service.

GTK offers manufacturing from its UK facility, which is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 accredited. The company is also approved under the UL wiring traceability programme and accredited to AS9100C, the globalized aerospace and defence certification. GTK can also offer manufacturing in the Far East via its affiliate factories, which also hold ISO 9001, 14001 and UL approvals.
