A full VNA in a single PXI slot

POY-Seal-2014

For advances in design of consumer electronics, as well as aerospace and defense systems, to continue, the vector network analyzer or VNA — a tool that’s key to developing high-frequency electronics — had to change, to become more available to more engineers. Keysight Technologies’ M937XA series dual-port PXI VNA makes that change, shrinking the VNA from a high-priced benchtop behemoth to a relatively low-cost single-slot PXI card.

What doesn't shrink is performance. Covering bandwidths between 300 kHz to as high as 26.5 GHz in six models, the VNAs provide top performance on key specifications such as sweep speed (18 ms across 401 points), trace noise ( 114 dB at 9 GHz, > 110 dB at 20 GHz). And the price for this performance begins at just $9,000.
