Access hardware keeps screws intact

The PEM Type PF50/60 self-clinching access hardware incorporates a captive screw in a spring-loaded assembly to prevent screws from falling out and damaging internal components. The panel-fastener assemblies also simplify access to components.

When tightened, the fasteners protrude 8.64 mm from the top of the sheet. The steel panel-fastener assemblies incorporate a Phillips recess to enable the captive screws to be tightened or loosened with a Phillips screwdriver.
