For 2014, Sena successfully introduced several industry first Bluetooth products including the 20S, Prism, and Bluetooth Mic and Intercom. For 2015, Sena is continuing to expand their product line and will be introducing several new products including the 10C, 10U, and 3S. Sena 10C
All-new for 2015, Sena is introducing the Sena 10C, a motorcycle Bluetooth camera and communication system combination unit. Bringing together Sena’s Bluetooth expertise, innovative headset devices, and camera technology into one, the Sena 10C will revolutionize the market. With Bluetooth 4.0 technology, the unibody design is water resistant, firmware upgradeable, and intuitive with voice prompts and voice commands. The built in camera technology includes 1080p:30fps video modes and single, burst and time lapse versatile photo modes. With the combination of a headset, users can record their voice to their video while also enjoying four-way intercom communication up to 900 meters with Universal Intercom and Group Intercom technology. In addition, the headset features Advanced Noise Control, music sharing, built-in FM radio tuner, easy operation with a versatile jog dial, an external antenna, and smartphone app for iPhone and Android. The 10C is set to official launch and join Sena’s innovate product line in 2015.
Sena 10U
New for 2015, the Sena 10U is a motorcycle Bluetooth communication system with handlebar remote designed for premium helmet brands including Shoei, and Schuberth. The initial 10U release includes the support for the following helmets: Shoei GT-Air, Shoei Neotec, Shoei J-Cruise, and Schuberth C3/C3 Pro. With Bluetooth 4.0 technology the 10U is an installation-free unibody design that fits into the helmet ear pockets allowing for easy and versatile use. The 10U features four-way intercom communication up to 900 meters with Universal Intercom and Group Intercom technology as well as intuitive voice prompts and voice commands. Through the use of innovative technology the 10U offers safe and easy operations with a wireless remote as well as a two-button control pad for emergency control. Additional key features include music sharing, built-in FM radio tuner, Advanced Noise Control, external wired antenna for in-helmet with installation, up to 12 hours talk time, 10 days stand-by time, and an exclusive smartphone app for iPhone and Android all while being firmware upgradeable. The 10U is set to official launch and join Sena’s innovate product line in 2015.
Sena 3S
Adding to the 2015 product line, the Sena 3S is a Bluetooth 3.0 stereo headset with Bluetooth intercom designed specifically for motorcycles and entry level riders. With the 3S, users can call hands free on Bluetooth mobile phone, listen to stereo music, and have two-way intercom conversations in full duplex with a passenger or other riders. Also, the easy-to-access and intuitive two-button operations make the 3S a perfect companion for motorcycles. The easy to use design is tailored to entry-level riders and those new to Bluetooth communication devices. The 3S is available in two models the 3S-B and 3S-W.
The 3S-B is the Sena 3S Bluetooth Headset & Intercom with a boom microphone kit. The 3S-W is the Sena 3S Bluetooth Headset & Intercom with a wired microphone kit designed for full-face helmets. With the boom mic the two-button control base is built into the mic while the wireless microphone kit has the control pad separate from the mic for ease of use. The 3S is available in Q4 of 2014 for the price of $99 for a single kit.
Sena Prism
The Sena Prism is the first camera on the market to provide authentic Bluetooth technology and allow riders to add voice to their visual. The new action camera is Bluetooth 4.0 capable with 1080p HD video recording featuring Bluetooth-based remote control and voice prompt. The Bluetooth function of the camera is exclusive to Sena and creates a whole new experience for the user by providing unique Bluetooth capability such as remote voice recording, remote control, and useful voice feedback from the operations.
For motorcycle riders, Sena provides a unique mounting accessory, QRM (Quick Release Mount) system for motorcycles, which enables riders to quickly attach and detach the camera to change the view through the use of a variety of mounting options. The Prism is available in Q4 of 2014 for the price of $399.
Sena Bluetooth mic & intercom
The Sena Bluetooth Mic & Intercom is an ultra-slim, light weight microphone that allows users the functionality of making intercom calls while also functioning as a microphone when paired with the Sena Prism or Sena Bluetooth Audio Pack for GoPro, and offers the ability for voice recording to accompany videos. Additional features of the unit are the ability to work as a headset and intercom through the use of an earphone as well as communication with other Bluetooth intercom devices.
The Sena Bluetooth Mic & Intercom allows for up to a four-way intercom conference and features voice prompts for ease of use while riding. The Sena Bluetooth Mic is available now for the price of $149.
Sena 20S
The Sena 20S is a state-of-the-art motorcycle and powersports Bluetooth communication system providing a sleek and aerodynamic design that offers a versatile jog dial to maximize the ease of use for riders. The 20S features several industry firsts for the motorcycle Bluetooth communication headset market including the introduction of Bluetooth 4.0 technology with dual Bluetooth communication modules, to create one of the most advanced Bluetooth headsets on the market. The new Bluetooth technology increased the performance and reliability of the headset while also allowing for increased high definition audio quality. Along with Audio Multitasking, the rider can experience a seamless blend of incoming and outgoing audio to create a mixed audio experience versus the traditional interruption based audio technology. Intuitive voice commands built into the 20S ensure riders can maintain hands free control while riding.
With the 20S, users can call hands-free with their Bluetooth mobile phone, listen to stereo music, FM radio or voice instructions of GPS navigation, and intercom up to eight riders for up to a 1.2 mile radius with multi-way intercom. The 20S is available at the Sena website or through retailers for the price of $299 for a single kit and $549 for a dual kit.
