The DELOMONOPOX AD268 epoxy resin enables extremely fast production processes and reliability. The anisotropic electrically conductive adhesive is humidity resistant, and is used in chip-attach processes. It reliably bonds tiny chips (400 μm) to defined positions on an RFID antenna.
