The high performance SAR ADC delivers 25% higher SNR of 100dB while consuming only 5.5mW at 1MSPS. It¹s truly differential input accepts input voltages from -0.1V to VREF and 20% wider common mode of 0 to VREF providing design flexibility and relaxing front end signal conditioning circuits.
