The CMX7861 “FirmCODEC” is a full-featured analog front end (AFE) for DSP/FPGA/MCU-based systems and combines a codec, embedded signal processing, and auxiliary system support functions in a 64-pin VQFN package. The part integrates digital channel filters, four-channel SAR ADC, four independent DACs, and GPIO sub-systems.
The device also features synthesised clock generators, C-BUS host serial interface, and master SSP interface.The CMX7861 operates from a 3.3-V supply and includes selectable power-savings modes. (Contact company and availability.)
