Affordable system performs
vibration and modal analysis
The System 50 vibration measurement system uses the company's Model
50 accelerometers and Model 4475 10-channel power supply to perform modal
analysis, component testing, and general vibration measurement. The accelerometers
provide a dynamic range of ±40g, a voltage sensitivity of 50 mV/g,
and a bandwidth of 1 Hz to 5 kHz ±1 dB.
The power supply includes spring-terminal inputs and both BNC and DB-15
outputs. It operates from a 12-V automotive battery or an optional ac/dc
converter. (Less than $200/channel–available now.)
