Fort Worth, Texas – Allied Electronics has expanded its partnership with Schneider Electric, best known for its flagship brand Square D, to distribute NEMA control products.

Allied now offers a wide range of Schneider Electric control products under the Square D brand, including NEMA contactors, starters, switches and relays. The product line expansion also includes surge protection devices, circuit breakers and protectors, control stations and industrial pushbuttons.

“With the expansion of the Schneider Electric product offering, Allied now offers engineers access to a more complete range of control products,” said Scott McLendon, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Allied. “Engineers can count on Allied to carry the latest Schneider Electric product solutions for all their R&D and production needs.”

Square D product solutions will be featured in the 2010 Allied Catalog, available this month. Allied will also continue to offer Schneider Electric products under the Telemecanique brand.

“Schneider Electric’s partnership with Allied Electronics allows us to serve customers that wouldn’t normally be reached through our more traditional channels,” said Rob Laub, Director, Schneider Electric National Channel Accounts. “Allied Electronics has done a terrific job reaching those key customers, and the expansion of this partnership allows Schneider Electric to provide its quality, reliable NEMA control products to this important market.”
