Capacitance and ripple-current values of the 140 CRH series SMT aluminum capacitors have been extended to meet performance and reliability demands of automotive and industrial systems. The polarized aluminum electrolytic capacitor features a nonsolid, self-healing electrolyte construction that suits filtering, smoothing, buffering, and voltage-decoupling applications in ambient temperatures to 125°C.
Capacitance ranges from 10 to 1,000 µF in voltages from 6.3 to 63 V, while ripple current is up to 900 mA at 100 kHz/125°C. ESR is down to 90 mΩ at 100 kHz. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
