Amplifiers offer up to 1.5-GHz bandwidth

The CLC1606/CLC1650/CLC3605 current feedback and CLC1006/CLC1004/CLC1014/CLC3004 voltage feedback offer superb large signal 0.1-dB gain flatness (greater than 100 MHz with VOUT = 2 Vp-p) and over 100-mA output current.

The CLC1605 (single) and CLC3605 (triple) offer 1.5-GHz bandwidth and 120-MHz large-signal 0.1-dB bandwidth, while the CLC1606 features a 3,300-V/µs slew rate and fast rise/fall times of 0.5 ns. The CLC1004/CLC1014 and CLC3004 (triple) provide a 1,400-V/µs slew rate and 750-MHz bandwidth.
