Analog parts target networks, defense apps

The MAAM-010263/-010333, MAAD-000523, and MASW-010350/-010351 suit network applications, while the MAPS-010146/-010166 suit aerospace and defense applications. The MAAM-010263 CATV 6-way active splitter with the default loop-through path is a GaAs MMIC which exhibits low noise figure and distortion in a lead-free 4-mm 24-lead PQFN plastic package. The design features 75-Ω inputs and outputs.

The MAAM-010333 optical node RF amplifier operates between 50 to 1,000 MHz, is packaged in a 4-mm 24-lead PQFN, and operates between –8 to +2 dBm of optical input power. The MAAD-000523 is a 6-bit, 0.5-dB digital attenuator for 50-Ω systems, operating between the 0.7 to 6.0 GHz frequency range. It also achieves an insertion loss of 1.6 dB at 2 GHz and features a typical input return loss of 18 dB up to 6 GHz.

Operating from 0.01 to 4.0 GHz and packaged in an industry standard 4-mm 24-lead PQFN, the MASW-010350 is a high isolation SP4T switch, while the MASW-010351 is a high isolation SP5T switch.

The MAPS-010146 is a 4-bit digital phase shifter housed in a 4-mm 24-Lead PQFN package and provides 360° phase shift range with a step size of 22.5°. It is controlled with a single 5.0-V serial or parallel control line. Its insertion loss is 6.5 dB, with a low ±1.0 dB attenuation variation and ±10.0° phase accuracy over the 8.0 to 12.0-GHz frequency range.

The MAPS-010166 is a 6-bit digital phase shifter housed in a 4-mm 24-Lead PQFN package. It provides 360° phase shift range with a step size of 5.625°. It is controlled with a single 5.0-V serial or parallel control line. Its insertion loss is 6.5 dB, with a low ±1.2-dB attenuation variation and ±8.0° phase accuracy over the 8.0 to 12.0 GHz frequency range. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
