Application processor uses a 600 MHz Cortex-A9

The TZ2101XBG high-performance application processor uses a 600 MHz Cortex-A9 core with a 32 Kbyte L1 and 128 Kbyte L2 cache. It supports enhanced sound and image data-mining, communications, and has a security engine. It features a very low power data starage and RTC function.

The chip has a camera input, graphics, and WVGA LCD outputs, a secure boot system, and a encryption data function. It has 1 MByte of SRAM and supports external DDR3-800/DDR3L-800, 16-bit width. It also has a 32 Kbyte SRAM for back-up. It come in a 310 pin 16 × 16 mm LFBGA package. Production June.
