Aqua-blue LED is bright
The L200CWGB6 family of gallium nitride-based aqua blue discrete LEDs
have a brightness level of 150 mcd, an output power of 25 μW, and a
forward voltage of 11 V. Current requirements are 20 mA for the 482-nm
version. The devices come in T1 3/4 packages and are designed for
photosensitive applications in military, printing, and spectrometry
fields. For brighter requirements, the L200CWGB6 can be specified in based
clusters such as screw base (S-6), bayonet (T-1 3/4 miniature), and
automotive bayonet (15 mm) for incandescent replacement. ($12.50 ea/1,
