Arb generator outputs up to 40 Vp-p

For applications requiring signal amplitudes higher than the typical 10 Vp-p, the AFG3011 arbitrary/function generator can deliver 20 Vp-p into a 50-Ω load or even 40 Vp-p into a high-impedance circuit.

Like other models in the AFG3000 Series, the single channel unit with 5.6-in. color LCD can produce 10-MHz sine waves and 5-MHz square waves, pulse trains, and arb waveforms, as well as other 100-kHz waveforms. The arb sample rate is 250 Msamples/s, waveform memory is 4 x 128 Kbits, and external interfaces supported include USB, LAN, and GPIB. ($3,500 — available now.)
