The TMPA910CRAXBG 32-bit microcontroller targets designs requiring multimedia display capability and features a ARM926EJ-S core operating at up to 200 MHz and an LCD controller. The LCD controller supports for TFT and STN displays at up to 1,024 x 768 pixels while the ICs LCD data processor provides image scaling, filtering, and blending functions and offers real-time video at up to 30 fps.
The device also has a CMOS image sensor interface and a touchscreen interface. It has SPI, UART, I2 C, and USB I/O, plus a melody/alarm generator, an RTC, and power management. The FPGA361-packaged MCU offers 56 Kbytes of RAM, a NAND flash interface, a JTAG interface, and a high-speed (480-Mbit/s) USB device controller. ($10 ea/10,000—engineering samples available now.)
