The SAM9G45 400 MHz ARM926 MCU supports DDR2 memory and includes EHCI-compliant high-speed USB with PHY. The chip has dual 133-MHz external bus interfaces, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, an LCD/resistive touchscreen controller, and 1.8- or 3.3-V I/O voltage.
