Such applications require a typical phase noise at 1-kHz offset to be less than 120 dB, phase jitter from 12 kHz to 20 MHz offset to be typically less than 0.3 ps rms, and pull range to exceed ±100 ppm, providing wider frequency adjustment to the input frequency variation.
