The PAT3060P Series attenuator and RFTF Series terminator both feature low VSWRs at high frequencies to suit applications including RF power meters, RF and microwave power amplifiers, radar, satellites, avionics, wireless communications, RF power sources, and RF/microwave test instruments. Rated to 10 W when heat-sinked, the attenuator features a frequency range from dc to 10 GHz, a VSWR of less than 1.3 at 10 GHz, attenuation values of 0 to 20 dB, an impedance is 50 Ω, and an operating temperature range of –55° to 125°C.

The terminator is available with power ratings to 250 W, stray capacitance is less than 1.0 pF, and operating frequency ranges from dc to 3GHz. VSWR is less than 1.1 at 3 GHz, and dc resistance is 50 Ω with tolerances to ±1%, ±2%, and ±5%. (PAT3060P, from $10.50 ea/50; RFTF, from $8.75 ea/100—6 to 8 weeks ARO.)
