Audio op amp uses all-FET signal path

The OPA604 is a FET-input op amp optimized for audio use. It uses FETs
throughout the signal path, including the input stage, input-stage load,
and the phase-splitting section of the output stage. The
unity-gain-stable OPA604 slews at 25 V/μs and has a gain-bandwidth
product of 20 MHz. At 1 kHz it has 10 nV/Hz noise and THD + N as
low as 0.0003%. The device operates from +/-4.5 to +/-24-V supplies and
can drive 600-ohm loads to full output-voltage-swing capability. The
OPA604 is available in 8-pin plastic DIPs. (From $0.97 ea/100–available
now.) Burr-Brown Corp., Tucson, AZ John Conlon 800-548-6132 Fax
