Audio processor handles MP3 record/playback

The LC823430TA audio-processing system for MP3 recording and playback includes a DSP with noise cancelling, an audio codec, and numerous other analog blocks. The IC comes in a space-saving TQFP128 in package with a height of 1.2 mm.

The chip has an LCD driver, 246 Kbytes of SRAM, 264 Kbytes of ROM, SIO, a PWM, USB 2.0, a RTC, a 10-bit A/D, and two delta-sigma 16-bit A/D converters with digital filters.
