Avnet Electronics Marketing Signs Distribution Agreement with Abracon Corporation

Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas, a business region of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT), today announced a distribution agreement with Abracon Corporation, a global manufacturer of precision frequency control, signal conditioning, clock distribution, and inductive products. Avnet Electronics Marketing will now begin distributing Abracon’s complete line within the Americas region.

As an industry leader for close to 20 years, Abracon has built a reputation for providing the latest emerging technology with a broad range of products ranging from crystal oscillators to micro-electronic machines (MEMs) oscillators to surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters. Ideally suited for handheld and wireless applications, Abracon’s ultraminiature surface-mount packaging extends across all of its product lines, making it easy to incorporate into any design.
