Avnet Offers New On-Ramp Technical Session for OMAPL1x Low-power SoCs
The Avnet Electronics Marketing Americas business region of Avnet, Inc. (NYSE: AVT) announces the launch of a new On-Ramp Technical Session™ featuring design solutions from Texas Instruments (TI). The new On-Ramp features live presentations and demonstrations of TI’s low-power applications processor OMAPL1x Low-power system-on-chips (SoCs) – based on an ARM926EJ-S™ and a C674x DSP core. This On-Ramp is available free of charge to customers in North America, upon request.
Featuring Avnet subject matter experts, this On-Ramp illustrates best practices, real world design success stories and hands-on demonstrations; showing users how to take full advantage of the OMAPL1x capabilities. Enabling both original equipment managers (OEMs) and original design manufacturers (ODMs) to quickly bring to market devices featuring robust operating systems, the OMAPL1x provides the maximum flexibility of a fully integrated mixed processor solution.
