Axially leaded cap meets automotive app specs
The Spinguard AA Series axially leaded multilayer ceramic capacitors are the industry’s first to meet the AEC-Q200 qualifications for automotive applications.
The capacitors are qualified directly from the factory for values of 0.002, 0.01, and 0.1 µF in 50 and 100 V. The series is available in X7R dielectric and features an operating temperature range of –55° to 125°C. (From $0.075 to $0.200 ea/10,000 — 11 weeks ARO.)
