The CellPac BLOX system is a design program that offers OEMs a semi-custom power solution when off-the-shelf lithium ion or lithium polymer soft pack battery assemblies do not meet the design criteria. A dedicated CellPac BLOX engineering staff is specifically trained to help accelerate time-to-market and minimize non-recurring engineering (NRE) by consulting with customers throughout every phase of the design cycle. Battery packs provided include those optimized to satisfy the most basic as well as the most complex requirements, in addition to those with high or low capacity specifications.
Comprised of standard cells and protection circuit module components, the semi-custom soft pack battery assemblies suit a broad range of portable industrial, medical and data communications instruments using embedded rechargeable batteries. The multi-cell pack assemblies are available with li-ion cylindrical, prismatic and pouch cells, and packaged in a soft pack or shrink sleeve design. The nominal capacity of the battery packs range from 150 to 9,000 mAh, with voltages ranging from 3.7 to 11.1 V.
