Battery shunt resistor features 100 µΩ
Handling 36 W of power in a 8518-size package, the WSBS8518 Power Metal Strip battery shunt resistor offers resistance values
down to 100 µΩ. Using a proprietary processing technique, the lead-free and RoHS-compliant resistor also features values of
250 and 125 µΩ. These low values can provide increased accuracy in such applications as gas, diesel, hybrid, and electric
vehicles.
The resistor’s all-welded construction allows for operation with continuous currents up to 600 A. The device offers low inductance
