Designed specifically for laser-beam profiling and able to capture 190 to 1,550-nm wavelengths in CW and pulsed mode, the USB 2.0-compatible SP620U silicon CCD camera has 1.9-Mpixel resolution, while the SP503U offer VGA resolution. Both cameras have wide dynamic range (to 64 dB), high SNR, built-in pretriggering, and a thin profile.

Each unit has automatic/manual gain control, a programmable high-speed e-shutter, and photodiode synch for capturing scattered laser light even at ns pulse rates.
