BiCMOS gate arrays toggle 500 MHz max
The MF family of 0.85-micron BiCMOS gate arrays range from 5,000 to 100,
000 gates, with up to 316 I/O lines. The arrays will support any
combination of CMOS, TTL, PECL, and 100K and 10K ECL. Standard output
drive is 40 mA. (Custom pricing–packages include DIP, PLCC, and PQFP for
